When a school, converts to an academy, is taken over or closes and reopens as a new school a formal link is created between the new school and the old school, by the Department for Education. Where the new school has not yet been inspected, we show the inspection history of the predecessor school, as we believe it still has significance. There may have been more recent inspections such as monitoring visits or short inspections. For details of all inspections, please view this provider on our map here. This inspection rating relates to a predecessor school.
La'Shaundria Marie, 23, Creedmoor, North Carolina. I found out about Essayscam on Twitter when I tried to find more information about plagiarism and grammar checking tools. They have an excellent article on the positives and negatives of such tools (the links are on the bottom of the page). Ive never would have thought that using free software could be so risky because your content is saved in databases and you give up your copyright to it in many cases. Anyway, I recommend that students never use plagiarism checking tools unless its really required. The site has a nice section devoted to academic research tutorials which is useful to college and university students. Some writers post their own research papers as an example for other students to learn from. Of course, students who have no other choice but to use an essay writing service will find tons of reviews and information on that. Whether they should use such freelance writers or dissertation services or not, thats another story :)

What seems clear, however, is that if it is set with clear guidelines and a sense of purpose; if it is interesting and engaging; it has the potential to encourage enthusiasm and produce excellent quality work. The quality of homework and its relevance to the teaching is more important than the amount set. Consider how you can use homework to engage and motivate students to learn geography. It is important that the learning that students do away from the classroom is fed back into your lessons. There are many opportunities for setting rich and varied homework in geography and Figure 1 in the Teaching Geography article above lists several good examples that you could explore.
